First? Doesn't that give the test lab temporal science unit an unfair advantage?

They didn't even get in trouble for leaving off that 16mm film copy of your podcast in the box of V2 rocket documants that altered the timeline when one OSS operative used it as inspiration for a television show about french cooking. Sure, it prevented global nuclear war and Rhode Island being annexed by Canada in 2178, but we're talking major award here. It wasn't on the YouTube.

Oh, another question: by person, you of course are excluding clones, hoookas, and domesticated undead, right?
