Nice. Who doesn't want their shot glass to have wheels and a robot, am I right?

Especially if the whole thing is remote controlled. I'm waiting for the YouTube video of that.

This is one of the EXTREMELY RARE times when the fact that all of the major LEGO knock-offs use the same size bricks and studs might be useful.*

* but PixelBlocks, Mega Bloks, KRE-O, and K'NEX Bricks can all go f@!% off anyway.

Now the LEGO movie sets are coming out fast and furious.

SPACESHIP!

Seems like a bit of a rip off of the Star Wars Republic gunship.

I wonder if this actually stands up on its own.

Rev, are you going to visit us in Boston and check out the http://www.bostonbricks.com exhibit? It has a “Moai,” assembled by an unknown artist who used 75,450 bricks! Then we can eat dinner about it.

Probably not making it by the 11th.

And I just sent all my money to the LEGO company anyway.

They keep releasing new stuff, dammit.

So I'll be spending my birthday money on this:

In other news..... turns out WIRED magazine still exists and has a video series called Star Wars LEGO Destruction which is exactly what it sounds like.

I can tell that Rev Thumper and I will get along well. I got the Ghostbusters Ecto 1 set for my birthday back in July. I'm in the planning stages of recreating the Disneyland Jungle Cruise out of Lego. I'm also thinking about how to do a Lego Tiki Bar.

Ooh nice. You may need to eBay some LEGO Islanders sets for that.

So far Bricklink has been my friend. I've been buying just the individual pieces so far.
