Does anyone know of any exotica bands that are on the East Coast, Midwest area?

The Mystery Men in Atlanta do a cool/impressive Exotica set.

Mr. Ho is based in Boston and I enjoy the exotica quartet he has.

The Mystery Men look like a surf band to me. I'll have to look up their videos.

The Mystery Men? are a surf band that happen to do an excellent Exotica set. Apologies, I should have clarified that.

I was making sure I had the right band. Do they switch around instruments like vibraphone?

Yes. That comes in several forms, the quartet does solid exotica, you can get sample tracks from his web site if you join the mailing list. Then there is the full on 20+ member Esquivel thing but that's a horse of a different color.

At this point I don't know where Waitiki is officially based? 8)

Kahiki Serenaders is Boston-ish.
