Any time any of the gang are in the San Francisco Bay Area, you are more than welcome to drop by the CapyBar (my rather elaborate home bar; Notch, the designer/builder who created Smuggler's Cove and False Idol, also did my garage) for a taste of our rather extensive collection of Lost Spirits past and present releases.
Chiwito
p.s. And, of course, always happy to taste any of the other 200 or so rums we have on the shelf.

Velier is finally going to be available in the US. The Velier launch is in a few weeks in NYC!

If needed, I am happy to serve as the FOM acquisition agent in NYC if anyone wants this rum (especially if you are coming to Ohana).

Any idea of the price point on this puppy?

While in Nicaragua I discovered their Fkor De Cana. Safer than their water. Lol. Their 7 year is smoother than their 4 year. Now one of my fiancé’s favorites.

I have a bottle of the 18. It's not bad. Not on my list above, though.

Today’s exchange at Logan:

“Anything to Declare?”

“Four bottles of Cuban rum and an entire suitcase of Port Wine”

“Good man! Have a nice day”

Although the baggage monkeys managed to break one of the bottles of Port. What a mess, but it was the least valuable bottle at least

Yikes - it probably looked like a crime scene in your bag, but glad to hear it was the right one if one bottle had to break!
