When I wear a tiki shirt I usually like to open the top two buttons...
But... after a couple Mai Tais that number is severely skewed!
Whats your style?!

I think of two as "standard style." I'll unbutton more depending on level of heat, level of drink, and level of shenanigans. Or, sometimes I'll do a tank top and button only the bottom button of the shirt.

I wear aloha shirts pretty much 100% of the time (I have my three bartending uniform shirts, and two balck shirts with my union logo that I keep for funerals and the like; every other shirt I own is aloha style) but I almost always have a t-shirt underneath. Seeing more of my skin than necessary would obliterate anyone's island spirit. When you have a figure like a sloppily rolled joint, you gotta protect the public from potential triggering sights.

Top two buttons open. Though, at an '80's party I did wear a polo under an Aloha shirt (buttoned with the collar up) and another Aloha shirt on top (open). Just making fun of that fashion trend.

Truthfully, I don't know why an Aloha shirt even has a top button.

Depends on the shirt. Having a neck the approximate circumference of an adolescent redwood, the second button can be hit or miss. Mine are all cheap Walmart wannabe shirts, though, so there's that. As I'm usually in one at work almost every day, they get buttoned up to work height.
