Thanks for the welcome!

Right after I first posted here I got slammed with work and then the holidays.

For those of you who don't know me, I am Mom, married to Pop and mother of Helz.

I have my own business assembling proto pc boards for engineering companies.
I also do the modifications and rework to get the boards ready for production.

At holiday time I make up homemade goodie trays for all of my customers with truffles candies, cookies, etc.

Mom

Holy shit, Mom, you're on the board!
Wooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Also, I didn't know about the proto boards. Used to have to do that when I was an industrial engineer. How have we never talked about this?!

You should check this out. https://www.massdrop.com/buy/seeed-mini-soldering-iron-deluxe-kit?referer=972ELQ&mode=guest_open&utm_source=Sailthru&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=EDC%20A%20US%20Product%20Announcement%202016-01-16&utm_term=Community%20-%20Everyday%20Carry%20-%20%5BA%5D%20-%20US%20Only

I just picked one up and love it.

Well, aloha from Pittsburgh!!!

Hi Dave,
Glad to be here I am looking forward to all the madness.

Thank you TikiRenee and TikiKitchen.

Hello Lucky,
It's good to hear from you!
I have been thinking about you a lot lately, Broncos vs Steelers.
I didn't know you were an engineer.
I guess we just haven't talked about work when we have seen each other.
I worked for Hp / Agilent for 30 yrs. After the big layoffs I started my own business doing the same thing that I did there.
I have a full ESD area set up with a microscope and about 6 Metcal soldering irons.
Have you heard of the JBC micro soldering irons? It's almost a requirement to have one of them to do the tiny stuff of today.
Aloha from Colorado

Hi BlondDi,
The craziness hasn't really stopped yet. Maybe soon.
I guess we need some of this to keep us from getting bored.
Pop and I will see you all in TN for the Nashville Boogie Weekender. We are making arrangements right now.
As for the mean rug maybe once upon a time, but it's been so long i don' think we remember how :?: :?:
We are happy to hear that others will be coming too.

Aloha for now,
Mom
