If you could only ever drink one never ending cocktail for the rest of your life what would it be and why?

Vodka tonic. Add a bitter or citris and change up the flavor.

This one is obvious. Gin martini with olives. Make the gin either Bombay Sapphire or Brokers. :fez:

Margarita, with El Jimador gold tequila and Domaine de Canton in place of the Cointreau. :D

Can I have an occasional IPA, too?

Oh, I forgot the why! Because I LOVE tequila. :drunk:

Where's the rum love? :D Pretty sure I'd go with a Ray's Mistake. Plus, I could sell the recipe. 8)

But of course I can't get the recipe, so it's a toss-up: Spindrift, Puka Punch or Ancient Mariner. No special reason; they are delicious and I could suck 'em down til doomsday.

I could not do just one. If I had to choose a cocktail that I could always have mixed perfect anytime and anywhere I wanted one, it would be a martini. Gin, of course.
For a hi-ball, Dark & Stormy: Black Seal and Barritt's.

Beefeater Gibson w/Dolin dry vermouth (6:1)
celery bitters (1 dash of Scrappy's Celery and 3 dashes of Bittermens Apple Orchard Celery)
shaken (frigid and full of potential energy!)
seved straight up in a pre-chilled coupe w/a speared 3/4" diameter pickled baby onion garnish

Tradition be damned! (this time) ; -)

Cheers!

Mine is similar, but a twist instead of olives, and regular Bombay instead of the Sapphire. I just love the botanical goodness of a fine gin.

Way too many favorites. But, my top three are:

3-1 gin martini, stirred with orange bitters and a lemon twist
3-1 manhattan made with bottled-in-bond rye and dubonnet rouge
negroni

These are sipping drinks as opposed to tiki beverages which i can suck down until I've forgotten where I am. :)

Yeah, that sounds like a pretty good Eternity to me.

This is a tough one.

Instincts tell me a Mai Kai Jet Pilot. If I think too long I end up with a Gimlet w/ Hendricks gin.

Mai Kai Mystery Bowl.

First, it's plentiful...both in volume as well as flavor.

Second, each time I ran out, a Mystery Girl would magically appear and lei me.

I'm a big fan of the Mai Tais at the Chef Shangri La.

But if I had to make it at home, it might be a rum and tonic with either a lime twist or an olive, depending on my mood.

Red Bull and Jager over ice... I haven't had that in ages. I wonder if I still like it as much as I did before getting pregnant...

Diablo Margarita... but I nearly die from the heartburn from the jalepeno juice as it is... but I love them...

I'd probably go with a Kir Royale. I love those too, and they probably wouldn't give me an ulcer.

Kir Royale. That's my answer. I think. hmmm...

I would have to go with a Pina Colada. Lots of good memories around this drink.
