Bump! Thanks to all who've been watching and sending kind messages! At over 6,500 total views we're on track to make our goal of 10,000 by Halloween (possibly not 100,000, as I typo-ed above, although that would be great  ). We really appreciate the FOMily's support! Here's the link again, just in case you want to venture over and watch an episode or two. Turn the sound down if you're at work!

Mahalo!

I don't know where to start.

I can't wait for the next episode.

I put up the entertaining hippies episode on Rocker's Facebook page today. "Hippies love smoking banana peels" classic!

I tell all my friends about it. They think it's hilarious.

I can't wait to share what I've been doing to help, but I don't think Kelly and Paul have seen it yet.

Here's what I've been working on the past few days. I'm pretty proud of it. I took JPM Artdog's caricature of Kelly and animated it. It won't have this music, I added that in YouTube. I hear Tim Mayer is composing something.

Thanks! I owe a lot of that to Jon's original artwork. When I first saw it, it reminded me of Bewitched and I Dream Of Jeannie and a little of Jane Jetson and Lucy, so that's what I set out to do with the animation. I really would like to put Paul in there too.

You're welcome Kelly! Thank you!

Wow, I just looked at the Jeannie intro and noticed that Hugo Montenegro did the theme music. It's funny that I just happened to pick his music to add in YouTube. It just sounded like a TV show theme to me. I had fun looking for a bit of music to add. They have quite a collection in their audio swap files. The first one I picked at random was some 70's adult film music. It was funny! I almost added that. It's by The Upstroke. Check it out, there are lots of music cues that are great.

Thanks! I use software called Anime Studio Pro. Basically, I had to recreate the original drawing in the program using vector shapes on multiple layers. Once that was done, I rigged it for animating using their bone system. If I grab the hand bone and drag it around, it pulls the rest of the body with it. It's great software. You can even vary the line thickness or give it texture.

Anyway, I hope it helps Velveteen Lounge get some more views.

Reminds me of beginning of Bewitched!

Best thing is this means Kelly may have magical powers.
