So who's in the middle of a project?
Car, bike, scooter or even drink cart.
Show me what you got.

I'm a big fan of wagons.
Are you going stock or custom?

in project status, as opposed to working on drivers:
Car: 1966 Honda S800 convertible: sourcing transmission front carrier bearings that rattle lie a shakker of ice
Bike: 1996 Suzuki Katana 750: Still working on syncing the damned rack of Mikunis, the never ending tune up
Scooter: 1978 Vespa Sport 100: girding to split the case and replace the seals. With the '74 125 running like a top, why?

Garage picks are always fun to see.
I'm in the process of putting engine back in a 30 Model A.

I am actually taking a half day from work to scout a 327 for my Bel air.

Are you putting the original engine back in the the 30?

Any luck with that 327?

Model A has a 69 302 30 over.
I wiped out the cam so I freshened it up.

Yes, 327 from 69 caprice. I’ll do a Rebuild with a mild cam, and I’ll be good to go!

So we have a 1950 Studebaker Champion we have dubbed Hula Honey. She is getting bamboo headliner & bark cloth interior, but want to leave the outside this distressed primer gray & add cheeky nose art decals- like an old fighter plane...Dies anyone know good decal art source that isn't expensive...it can't cut too deeply into my "mug budget"
How do I insert image here??

New project, same as the old project. Swapping the motor, as soon as this white stuff goes away...

Professor, I myself am not fond of the white stuff at this time.
I had to leave the 59 Chevy out while I finish the engine install on a 30 Model A.

My project is getting my Vespa P125 running again. I rebuilt the engine which ended up requiring new engine cases because the kickstart had twisted and cracked the case. It actually is running now, but it won't idle. I suspect some sort of air leak or carb issue, but I haven't spent any time with it yet this summer.

It is a 1979ish Vespa P125 with a 166 kit. It also has a newer PX transmission and a Cosa clutch. It will go faster than I'm willing to ride it.

Sweet ride. Good luck dialing it in. If you need to try a different carb I have a spare 24/24 here.

P.S. Missed you at Band Camp man.

Vespa races at Ohana. Back parking lot, after the room crawl.

I haven’t made it to Band Camp in a few years. It’s tough to do BC and Ohana back to back. I have a brand new 24/24 carb as well that I haven’t installed yet. Probably the next thing I do. Eventually, if I can’t get it sorted, I may take it to Cleveland to have ClevelandMoto take a look.
